Take all the Biden money and give it to the negroes.
WASHINGTON — President Biden’s family and their allies brought
in at least $20 million from foreign sources, including first
son Hunter Biden’s business associates in Russia, Kazakhstan and
Ukraine — some of whom dined with the current commander-in-
chief, the House Oversight Committee revealed Wednesday.

Committee chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) said Hunter Biden, now
53, appeared to deliver Russian, Kazakhstani and Ukrainian
businesspeople access to his father, then Barack Obama’s vice
president — noting that each of the post-Soviet associates
allegedly attended at least one of two dinners at Washington’s
Café Milano with the Bidens.

“During Joe Biden’s vice presidency, Hunter Biden sold him as
‘the brand’ to reap millions from oligarchs in Kazakhstan,
Russia, and Ukraine. It appears no real services were provided
other than access to the Biden network, including Joe Biden
himself,” Comer said in a statement.

“And Hunter Biden seems to have delivered. This is made clear by
meals at Café Milano where then-Vice President Joe Biden dined
with oligarchs from around the world who had sent money to his
son,” he added.

“It’s clear Joe Biden knew about his son’s business dealings and
allowed himself to be ‘the brand’ sold to enrich the Biden
family while he was Vice President of the United States.”

Bank records released by the panel confirm that Hunter earned up
to $1 million annually from Ukrainian natural gas company
Burisma Holdings, beginning when his father assumed control of
the Obama administration’s Ukraine portfolio in 2014 and that
Kazakhstani businessman Kenes Rakishev transferred $142,300 that
April for Hunter to buy a luxury car — reportedly a Fisker that
Hunter later traded in for a Porsche.

The records supplement Archer’s deposition to the committee July
31, in which he revealed the flow of $3.5 million transferred on
Feb. 14, 2014, from Russian billionaire and former Moscow first
lady Yelena Baturina to the Archer and Hunter Biden-controlled
entity Rosemont Seneca Thornton.

Rosemont Seneca Thornton in turn transferred $750,000 of
Baturina’s funds to Archer on March 11, 2014, and another
$2,752,711 on the same day to Rosemont Seneca Bohai, an account
that was opened one day prior to Baturina’s $3.5 million
transfer.

Archer testified that Rosemont Seneca Bohai was controlled on a
50-50 basis by himself and Hunter Biden.

On March 25, most of the $2.75 million was transferred to a
different Rosemont Seneca Bohai account — with two transfers for
$2,246,111 and $200,000 occurring on the same day.

The paper trail doesn’t neatly resolve whether Hunter Biden
directly benefited from Baturina’s transfer, but an infographic
in Comer’s release notes that Rosemont Seneca Bohai funds were
used to cover personal expenses, as well as transferred to
Hunter’s separate corporate entity Owasco PC.

Archer told the committee last week that he wasn’t sure why
Baturina transferred the $3.5 million and that he thought it
must have been meant for his other firm Rosemont Realty, which
he said did more than $100 million in business with her.

When asked why most of the $3.5 million was passed along to an
entity that was 50% held by Hunter Biden rather than directed to
Rosemont Realty, Archer told the panel, “probably because it was
owed,” without elaboration.

Archer testified that Hunter Biden was only briefly associated
with his realty firm, though emails from Hunter’s abandoned
laptop show he was involved in Baturina’s search for US real
estate investments.

Archer also revealed that Baturina attended a previously unknown
dinner at the Georgetown eatery with Hunter and Joe Biden and
Hunter’s Kazakhstani partners sometime in spring 2014.

Baturina also appears to have attended an April 2015 Café Milano
dinner featuring Joe and Hunter Biden, though Archer did not
recollect her attendance in his testimony.

content/uploads/sites/2/2023/08/3.png?resize=1024,558

Emails from 2015 discuss Baturina as an invitee and a different
attendee of that dinner told The Post he saw her there.

Baturina managed to avoid Obama administration sanctions over
Russia’s 2014 annexation of Crimea and support for pro-Russia
rebels in eastern Ukraine and she has also avoided President
Biden’s broader sanctions against Moscow’s business elite over
last year’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine— as has another
Russian oligarch, Vladimir Yevtushenkov, with whom Hunter also
partnered on real estate scouting.

The $3.5 million transfer has been debated for years since it
was first revealed shortly before the 2020 election in a report
by two Republican-led Senate committees. Joe Biden denied that
report’s accuracy during a presidential debate.

“Why is it — just out of curiosity — the mayor of Moscow’s wife
gave your son $3.5 million?” Donald Trump asked Biden during the
first presidential debate of 2020.

“That is not true,” the then-candidate said.

“What did he do to deserve it?” Trump pressed.

“None of that is true,” Biden insisted.

More granular detail on the disbursement of Baturina’s funds is
possible as Republicans continue to investigate.

Biden himself lashed out at Fox News White House correspondent
Peter Doocy when asked about Archer’s testimony following an
event in New Mexico Wednesday, telling the reporter: “I never
talked business with anybody, and I knew you’d have a lousy
question.”

White House spokesman Ian Sams said that “House Republicans
can’t prove President Biden did anything wrong” and that “[i]t’s
time for these extreme House Republicans to give up their wild
goose chase and start working with President Biden on the issues
that really matter to the American people.”

The group Facts First USA, founded by Democratic operative David
Brock, titled an email attacking the latest bank-records
release: “James Comer Dumpster Dives for Latest Plate of
Leftovers.”

But Republicans described the confirmation of transactions as a
significant step, with the latest memo arguing that “Biden’s
family is the vehicle to receive bribery payments.”

House Republicans led by Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) are
moving closer to launching an impeachment inquiry into whether
Joe Biden corruptly misused his position as vice president to
benefit his son Hunter and brother James’ international dealings
— with McCarthy saying Monday that the president should “give us
his bank statements” to clear his name.

Oversight Committee Democrats led by ranking member Rep. Jamie
Raskin (D-MD.) have sought to flip the script by saying Hunter
Biden’s foreign income is small compared to a $2 billion
investment from Saudi Arabia’s government in a firm launched by
Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner shortly after he left office,
which reportedly was expected to bring Kushner’s firm annual
management fees of about $25 million.

The Oversight Committee has not yet subpoenaed bank records for
Joe Biden or any member of the Biden family and the latest memo
doesn’t resolve an FBI informant’s report that Burisma owner
Mykola Zlochevsky claimed he paid $5 million apiece in bribes to
Joe and Hunter Biden in exchange for the then-vice president
pushing to oust Ukrainian prosecutor-general Viktor Shokin.

The panel has acquired documents on international transfers from
business partners such as Archer and Rob Walker, who distributed
to Hunter roughly one-third of $3 million hauls from Chinese
State Energy HK in 2017 and about one-third of $3 million from
Romanian businessman Gabriel Popoviciu — who had been convicted
of corruption — between 2015 and 2017 as the elder Biden led a
US anti-corruption push in the country.

Comer in May identified nine Biden family members who allegedly
got foreign funds for what he said was no apparent services
provided.

According to Forbes Biden is worth $58 million, Hunter estimated
to be worth $330 million. Biden was one of the poorest
politicians and Hunter is a scrub. How did they accumulate this
enormous wealth without corruption. Thorough investigation of
this corrupt family immediately.

Tall all Joe's money and crush his corvette in front of him.
House GOP leaders subpoenaed Homeland Security chief Alejandro
Mayorkas and other officials Tuesday over allegations President
Biden’s aides were tipped off about plans to interview first son
Hunter.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) targeted
the Homeland honcho seeking documents about the probe into
Hunter Biden’s alleged tax-dodging and weapons antics, as well
as subpoenaed three Department of Homeland Security and two
Secret Service officials to testify.

“The Department of Justice initiated the Biden family cover-up
and now DHS under the leadership of Secretary Mayorkas is
complicit in it,” Comer said in a statement.

“Investigators were never able to interview Hunter Biden during
the criminal investigation because Secret Service headquarters
and the Biden transition team were tipped off about the planned
interview,” the leading Republican said.

Underpinning Comer’s scathing accusations is IRS whistleblower
testimony from agents Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, who
appeared publicly before the panel in June.

“December 7th, 2020, I was informed that FBI headquarters had
notified Secret Service headquarters and the [Biden] transition
team about the planned actions the following day,” Shapley
testified to the Ways and Means Committee on May 26.

“This essentially tipped off a group of people very close to
President Biden and Hunter Biden and gave this group an
opportunity to obstruct the approach on the witnesses,” Shapley
said.

Hunter allegedly dodged paying $1.2 million in federal income
taxes several years ago and had an illegal gun while addicted to
drugs.

FBI and IRS investigators wanted to interview him Dec. 8, 2020,
without advance notice but ultimately, after the tip off, the
interview never happened, according to Shapley.

Shapley’s testimony was corroborated by an FBI whistleblower.

Comer’s document demand targeting Mayorkas is calling for
communications about the Hunter Biden probe by members of his
department or former members between Dec. 1 and Dec. 31, 2020.

Additionally, he is seeking material pertaining to a June 29,
2023, letter he sent demanding interviews with members of the
Secret Service about the Hunter Biden probe. He said his panel
did not receive “an adequate response” on time.

The Secret Service is housed under the DHS, which is why Comer
is directing some of the subpoenas at the department.

A DHS official said the department is “working to respond to
this inquiry appropriately, including identifying the relevant
information and individuals.”

The official said Comer’s insinuation that the department
“obstructed or withheld a response is categorically false and
these subpoenas are entirely without basis.”

Ultimately, the Hunter Biden probe culminated in a prospective
plea agreement. Under the deal, Hunter would plead guilty to two
misdemeanors for willful failure to pay federal income taxes and
a pretrial diversion agreement over a felony charge for illegal
possession of a firearm while addicted to illicit drugs.

But that agreement imploded in federal Delaware court July 26.

US District Judge Maryellen Noreika, a Trump appointee, tore
apart the agreement by raising constitutional concerns and
exposing daylight between Hunter Biden’s defense team and
federal prosecutors over the extent of his immunity.

As a result, Hunter entered a not guilty plea. Delaware US
Attorney David Weiss, who led the probe, was elevated to special
counsel status last month.

This means that he can charge the younger Biden for crimes
outside his jurisdiction.

Last month, Hunter Biden’s defense lawyer, Abbe Lowell, who has
helped him navigate the onslaught of congressional probes, took
the lead in his defense against the federal investigation.

Comer has separately long been spearheading the House
Republicans’ deep dive into the Biden family’s overseas business
dealings.

This includes the IRS whistleblower testimony alleging an array
of irregularities in the five-year investigation of the first
son.

The White House has rebuked Comer over the spate of inquiries.

“The James Comer playbook is simple,” White House spokesman Ian
Sams tweeted in June. “Make sweeping claims and promise
bombshells to try to get media attention, then fail to deliver
the goods.

“Don’t fall for it. His repeated pattern of laundering thin
innuendo without evidence has cost him his credibility.”

Biden maintains he has never spoken to his son about Hunter’s
lucrative business endeavors overseas.

Take all the Biden money and give it to the negroes.
Joe Biden lied repeatedly when he claimed he knew nothing of his
son Hunter’s influence-peddling businesses.

The president further prevaricated that he had no involvement in
Hunter’s various shake down schemes.

Yet, the media continued to misinform by serially ignoring these
facts.

Had journalists just been honest and independent, then-candidate
Joe Biden might have lost a presidential debate and even the
2020 election.

The public would have learned that Hunter’s business associates
and his laptop proved Joe was deeply involved in his son’s
illicit businesses.

Later, as the evidence from IRS whistleblowers mounted, the
White House stonewalled subpoenaed efforts and sought to craft
an outrageous plea deal reduction in Hunter’s legal exposure.

Reporters ignored the Ukrainians who claimed Joe Biden himself
talked to them about quid pro quo arrangements.

They again discounted Hunter’s laptop that explicitly
demonstrated that Hunter was whining that he had handed over
large percentages of his income to his father Joe — variously
referred to as the Big Guy and a “ten percent” recipient on many
deals.

They played dumb about Joe Biden’s use of pseudonyms and alias
email accounts to hide thousands of his communications to Hunter
and associates.

They attacked the former Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who
now claims Biden was likely bribed by Ukrainians.

Yet the media can no longer hide the reality that the president
of the United States likely took bribes to influence or alter US
policy to suit his payers.

Those two crimes — bribery and treason — are specifically
delineated in the Constitution as impeachable offenses.

In denial, the media has instead pivoted with hysterical glee
over various weaponized prosecutions of former President Donald
Trump.

But now, to use a progressive catchphrase, the proverbial “walls
are closing in” on Joe Biden.

So will we at last expect the media finally to confront the
truth?

Answer — only if Joe Biden’s cognitive and physical health
continues to deteriorate geometrically to the point that he can
no longer finish his term or run for reelection — and thus
becomes expendable.

Such a cynical view of the media is justified given their record
of both incompetence and unapologetic deceit.

From 2015 to 2019, we were suffocated 24/7 with lies like
“Russian collusion,” “Putin’s puppet,” “election rigging” and
the “Steele dossier.”

When all such “evidence” was proven to be a complete fraud
cooked up through Hillary Clinton’s stealthy hiring of and
collusion with a discredited ex-British spy, a Russian fabulist
at the Brookings Institution and a Clinton toady in Moscow, did
the media apologize for their untruth?

Was there any media confessional that perhaps Robert Mueller and
his leftwing legal team (the giddy media-dubbed “all-stars,”
“dream team,” and “hunter killers”) proved a colossal waste of
time?

Not at all.

Instead, the media went next right on to “the phone call” and
“impeachment.”

The country then wasted another year.

The same biased reporters now claimed that the heroic Andrew
Vindman had caught Trump fabricating lies about the Bidens —
given Joe Biden was a possible 2020 opponent — to force Ukraine
to investigate them or lose American foreign aid.

On that accusation Trump was impeached.

Then the truth emerged that unlike Joe Biden, Trump never
threatened to cancel aid, but merely to delay it.

Trump was right that the Bidens were knee deep in Ukrainian
bribes and influence peddling.

And that the whistleblower had no first-hand knowledge of the
Trump call but was spoon fed a script cooked up by the gadfly
Vindman and California Rep. Adam Schiff.

The result was journalistic glee that we impeached a president
for crimes that he did not commit but exempted another
president, Biden, who had likely committed them.

Then came the next hoax of the Russian fabricated facsimile of
Hunter’s laptop.

The 2020 Biden campaign along with an ex-CIA head rounded up “51
intelligence authorities” to mislead the country into believing
that Russian gremlins in the Kremlin had fabricated a fake
laptop.

Ponder that absurd fantasy: Moscow supposedly had created fake
nude pictures, fake photos of Hunter’s drug use, and fake email
and text messages from Hunter to the other Bidens.

The media preposterously convinced the country that the Russians
and by extension Trump had once again sandbagged the Biden
campaign.

No apologies followed when the FBI later admitted it had kept
the laptop under wraps for more than a year, knew it was
authentic, and yet said nothing as the media and former spooks
misled the country and warped an election.

Now we are enmeshed in at least four court trials on cooked-up
charges that could as easily apply to a host of Democrats as to
Trump.

For the last eight years, a discredited media has never
expressed remorse for any of the damage they did to the country.
And they will not again, when their latest mythological
indictments are eventually exposed.

The media will never apologize, and although we can hope that
eventually their despicable dishonesty will be more widely
understood, at this point, they are winning. The multi-front
assault on Donald Trump will likely get him the Republican
nomination, as furious conservatives rally around him. But the
squishy middle -- the "independent" voters who at this point
must be assumed to be abysmally uninformed -- will not come to
understand what has been perpetrated on them until long after
the 2024 election; they will almost certainly not vote for
Trump, whom they have been convinced to see as guilty of
multiple crimes. The Democrat-Media conspiracy to destroy him
will have succeeded, and either Biden (meaning, God help us,
Kamala) or someone smarter and more radical like Newsom, will be
in the White House, and America will, indeed have been
"fundamentally transformed" into something ugly and socialist.
